【公告】第2屆乳房手術暨重建外科專科醫師甄審，即日起至114.11.30止。

親愛的TOPBS會員們：
本會甄審辦法第三條規定，凡具有以下資格者，得向本會申請專科醫師甄試：
一、本會滿兩年會籍之合格會員。(請務必繳清歷年會費)
二、台灣地區乳房外科專科或整形外科專科滿兩年之合格資歷。(持有效期限內證書)
三、需有本會連續兩年會議參加紀錄:年會(2年/2次)以及地方會/工作坊(視同相同參加次數)(2年/2次)。
四、至少需有兩年20例(含)以上與乳房腫瘤整形手術與重建相關手術例數，並檢附手術紀錄。(主刀或第一助手)(需檢附20例手術紀錄單)
乳房腫瘤整形手術與重建相關手術包含，如下:
A.
Level 1: Dual plane undermining, nipple undermining, glandular advancement and lumpectomy defect closure
Level 2: Glandular rotations, skin excision, de-epithelialization and NAC recentralization, round block (Benelli) mastopexy, crescent mastopexy, racquet mastopexy, hemi batwing and batwing mastopexy
Level 3: Reduction mammoplasty procedures with contralateral balancing procedures, Wise pattern reduction, vertical mammoplasty, V/J mammoplasty
B.Reconstruction: implant/autologous flap/fat grafting reconstruction
五、需經兩名本會乳房手術暨重建外科專科醫師具名推薦。
具備以上資格者，即日起至11月30日止，請備妥資料至專科甄審線上報名提交申請。
